We welcome applications for Form One (O-Level) and Lower Sixth (A-Level). Our admissions process is straightforward and transparent.

    Obtain the application form from the school office or download it from this website.

    Submit Required Documents

    Submit certified copies of birth certificate, Grade 7 / O-Level results, two passport photos, and proof of residence.

    Entrance Assessment

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to write an entrance assessment in English and Mathematics.

    Interview & Acceptance

    Successful candidates and parents will be invited for an interview. Offer letters are issued within 14 working days.

    Pay Acceptance Fee & Register

    Secure your place by paying the acceptance fee and completing the registration process before the deadline.

Policies & Procedures

Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to show respect to all staff and peers
  • Bullying, harassment and fighting will result in suspension
  • Mobile phones are not permitted during school hours
  • Punctuality is mandatory — gates close at 07:15 AM
  • Students must attend morning devotion and chapel
  • Academic integrity is non-negotiable — no cheating

Dress Code

  • Boys: navy blue trousers, white shirt, school tie, black shoes
  • Girls: navy blue pinafore or skirt, white blouse, black shoes
  • School blazer must be worn on formal occasions
  • Hair must be natural — no dreadlocks, dye or extensions
  • No jewellery except a plain watch and stud earrings (girls)
  • Full sports kit required for PE and sports activities

  • All visitors must sign in at the school office
  • Fire drills are conducted every term
  • A trained first aider is on site at all times
  • Sick bay and basic medical services available on campus
  • Child safeguarding policy adhered to at all times
  • Emergency contact numbers posted in every classroom

Yes — Emmanuel High School has separate boarding facilities for boys and girls. Boarding students benefit from supervised study time, full meal provision and a structured residential programme.

All examinations are conducted through ZIMSEC (Zimbabwe Schools Examinations Council) at both O-Level (Form 4) and A-Level (Form 6).
